Review - Raksha by Frankie Rose

Raksha by Frankie Rose.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

5/5 stars!

Where to start?
I LOVED this book.
The world that Frankie Rose has created is well detailed and fascinating. The pace was fast and the plot was deep with twists and turns.
Kit was a fantastic protagonist and I loved following her journey as she left behind the savagery of the Sanctuary to find herself in Freetown which was more dangerous than it seemed. I really enjoyed seeing how she coped with feeling emotions for the first time.
Ryka, well he kind of stole my heart. Witty, mysterious and protective he was probably my favourite character. I loved his relationship with Kit.
I would definitely recommend this book!

Review - Flight by Lindsay Leggett

Flight by Lindsay Leggett.

5 fangirling, glitter covered stars!
Wow.
What. A. Book!
My first harpy book and I loved it!
Definitely my favourite read of the year so far!
The setting, the characters and the plot were all amazing.
I love the post-war world that Leggett has created.
Piper was such a fantastic kick-ass protagonist! So strong and determined.
And Asher, well...

During the last ten per cent of the book I went from this...

To this...

I still feel as if my heart was ripped out and trampled over.
YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK!
I'm seriously tempted to read it again right now.
I love it so much!
