Blurb from Goodreads:

Feeling alive is always worth the risk.
Meeting Jack on the Owl—San Francisco's night bus—turns Beatrix's world upside down. Jack is charming, wildly attractive...and possibly one of San Francisco's most notorious graffiti artists.

But Jack is hiding a piece of himself. On midnight rides and city rooftops, Beatrix begins to see who this enigmatic boy really is.

My Review:

3.5/5 stars

Beatrix is waiting for the Owl, a night bus, when she meets Jack. He's charming, mysterious and, from the gold spray can that rolls out of his bag, quite possibly the graffiti artist that has been spraying huge gold words around the city.
As Beatrix and Jack spend more time together, Beatrix starts to see that there's a lot more to Jack than there seems.

Night Owls was a sweet, feel-good read.
I immediately liked Beatrix and Jack. They were relatable and interesting - Beatrix's interest in anatomical drawings was certainly different and the reason behind Jack's spray-painting was sweet.
I loved the romance between Beatrix and Jack. It didn't feel too fast and they were so cute together. I enjoyed reading as they got to know each other and grew closer.
The plot was good and I liked the writing style which was easy to follow and made me want to read on.

Overall this was a fun, enjoyable read that I would recommend.
